What we store

Your account. We can see your email address. We never see your password.

Your profile. The handle you pick, your avatar, and anything you write in your About section.

What you make. This includes your games, assets, and comments. Published games and comments are public. Unpublished drafts are visible only to you and to moderators.

Activity. Site activity includes who you follow, your notifications, any reports you file, and the games you play while signed in. A game's author is told the first time you play their game — they see that you played, not how you did. Playing while signed out records nothing about you.

Messages you send us. The contact form stores your message and the email address you give so a moderator can read it and reply.

Services

Supabase. This stores the database and handles sign-in. Data is held in the United States.

Vercel. This hosts and serves the site.

Google Analytics and Heap. This tell us which pages and features get used, where site issues are happening, and other information that can help us improve the site. If you're signed in, these are tied to your account ID and public handle. Your email address is never sent to either.

Cookies and what your browser keeps

• A sign-in cookie, so you stay signed in. Without it the site cannot know who you are.
• Analytics cookies from the two services above.
• Small preferences kept in your browser and never sent to us (canvas background, recent colors, etc).

Age

Pixblob Games is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep accounts for them. If you believe a child under 13 has made an account, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes, and getting in touch

The site is in beta and changing often. If this page needs to change we will change it and update the date at the top.
