Things will break or content could be lost. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using the site — including lost work or downtime. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Your account

You need an account to publish a game, comment, or follow. You must be 13 or older to hold an account.

Ownership

You keep every right you have in the games, art, and words you make here. We do not claim ownership and we will not sell your work. By publishing, you give us permission to store your work, show it to people on the site, and display its title and thumbnail in listings. Publish only work you have the right to publish. Someone else's art, music, or writing passed off as your own is not allowed.

Account closure

If you want us to delete your account permanently, please email hello@pixblobgames.com.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and carrying on using the site means the new version applies.
